RETRACTED: Real-world based approach for optimal management of electric vehicles in an intelligent parking lot considering simultaneous satisfaction of vehicle owners and parking operator

The authors have plagiarized part of two papers that had been previously published: Energy (Volume 65 pages 572–579, 2014; doi:10.1016/j.energy.2013.11.045). Journal of the Franklin Institute (Volume 352, Issue 2, Pages 449–467, 2015; doi:10.1016/j.jfranklin.2014.01.019). One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.
