Abstract

The purpose is to study the application of computer simulation technology in project management. According to the characteristics of construction project cost control, an integrated control system based on computer simulation is proposed. The system takes into account the construction project cost, duration and quality of synchronous tracking and control. Based on the functional relationship between process cost and time limit, the cost control problem of construction project under the premise of meeting the time limit and quality requirement is emphatically solved. The characteristics of several commonly used cost control systems are analyzed. The integrated control of engineering projects is a new trend in cost control development. The monitoring of project quality is refined to the real-time control of each sub-project, which greatly reduces the risk of the project. The results show that the system can optimize the comprehensive index of the project. Therefore, it can be concluded that the system can effectively realize the comprehensive tracking and real-time control of construction cost, duration and quality. It has good engineering practicability.
