J. , 46 (2006) 273–284) was received on 29 November 2004, and the Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications received its copy on 5 February 2005. The Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications version was accepted in April 2005 and Kyungpook accepted their copy in August 2005.
