RETRACTED: Investigation on photocatalytic degradation of ethyl violet dyestuff using visible light in the presence of ordinary rutile TiO2 catalyst doped with upconversion luminescence agent

This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. After careful investigations the editors have found that information in the paper is not reliable. Figure 4 appears similar to Figure 2 from another publication of the same authors in Dyes and Pigments 75 (2007) 335-343 https://doi.org/10.1016/j.dyepig.2006.06.007 which it is not describing the particles discussed in this Water Research paper. Although this article was published earlier than the Dyes and Pigments article, the Editor decided to retract this article given concerns about the reliability of the data.
