Abstract

This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief and Authors. It was found that there were textual and figure overlaps with a paper that had already appeared in Marketing Sci. 31(2012), DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.1287/mksc.1110.0690. Whilst the article does present a novel contribution, this is not made clear in the paper. The authors agreed that due to the amount of revisions required the paper should be retracted and a new version submitted.
