Abstract
This article has been retracted at the request of the Chinese Journal of Catalysis . This article contains a substantial amount of text and data that had previously appeared in other published articles, including Inorganic Chemistry Communications , 65(2016)4-8 and RSC Advances , 6(2016)19509. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that the paper is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. As such this article represents misconduct in article publication. In accordance with policies and procedures governing academic publication we concluded that the above-mentioned article published in Chinese Journal of Catalysis be retracted. We apologize to readers of the journal that this was not detected before publication.
