Abstract

Cataract blindness is a significant cause of the world. Although cataract surgery is usually done, it can cause postoperative inflammation of the eye. Completely control the risk of inflammation progression complications. Prevent Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) and corticosteroids have been used to reduce inflammation after cataract surgery. These two types of drugs will work through different mechanisms. Corticosteroids are effective in reducing inflammation. NSAIDs, when combined with glucocorticoids, can provide additional benefits. In this comparison of two anti-inflammatory drugs and NSAID, the corticosteroid alone or combination, help determine the role of NSAID, inflammation control after the routine cataract surgery Clinical Information System (CIS), specifically, is the information system designed for use in intensive care environments such as Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Clinicians can be found at the patient's bedside to collect information from all these systems to electronic medical records. Discontinuation of medication, but not evaluated before surgery, such iris hook, planned measures such as iris dilator rings or viscoelastic system, minimize the potential complications. In many cases, the topic of a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) has been used to ban surgery-induced miosis.
