Abstract

With the continuous development of rail transit in China, more and more people pay attention to the safety of vehicle crash. In order to ensure the shooting effect of highspeed photography in rail vehicle crash test, the light source should satisfy the requirements of illumination area, brightness and color temperature to achieve the best shooting effect of high-speed camera on different types of specimens. This paper designs the lighting system for a simulated rail vehicle crash test scene. Through simulation calculation and data analysis, the layout design of the lighting system, the design of the lamp holder system and the design of the control system are carried out. The design of the light system applied to the crash test of rail vehicles provides illumination at different angles for the high-speed photography system of different types of rail vehicles, and provides high-quality images and more detailed data analysis for the high-speed photography system, which has important application value.
