Abstract

Mobile ad hoc network faces many difficulties in handling user link request, due to various threat generated by genuine users. We focus on this problem and propose a new link security measures which are based on the profiles and histories of the user request. The proposed solution uses the general public and private link as a supporting factor to make the pre-authentication as a lightweight one. More than that we have used service links of the user, which represent the user request generated and their state at the end. The request link can precisely describe the doings of the operator and the influence of user activity which leads the service state in finishing with good completeness. Using the service link, we compute the frequency of service access and calculate the factor of integrity and sincerity of the network user. The proposed solution is a lightweight authentication protocol, which makes less overhead to the network and reduces the time of authentication which makes network latency as negligible.
