Abstract

Machine vision is a device that automatically receives and processes an image of a real object through a series of optical and non-contact sensors to obtain valid information or to control the motion of the robot. This paper introduces the application of machine vision in the field of automatic optical detection of array optical sensors through many aspects of machine vision and algorithms. In the aspect of algorithm research, an improved watershed algorithm is used to obtain the specific type and location information of the defect. Compared with the traditional analysis method, it has stronger robustness in image processing, greatly reduces the false detection rate, and effectively improves the detection efficiency; integrates the skeleton algorithm and the thinning algorithm into the watershed algorithm, and improves according to the detection environment. The relevant detection process improves the detection accuracy.
