Abstract
We, the Editors and Publisher of the Journal of Control and Decision, are retracting the following article: Xiang Ma and Zhan Li: Balanced Scheduling Method of Network Information Resources for Cloud Storage. The author informed that his supervisor has rejected by the result of this paper and advised him to improve with good accuracy. Therefore, author requested us to withdraw this manuscript.
