Abstract

In the p resent study, a novel 3-dimensional coordination polymer (CP) has been produced in success under solvothermal conditions and it was characterized through TGA, EA, FTIR spectroscopy, the diffraction of single-crystal X-ray and PXRD, and its chemical formula is (Me2NH2)3[In3(TATAT)2](DMF)11 (1, TATAT is 5,5′,5″-(1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triyl)tris(azanediyl)triisophthalate). The clinical and nursing value of the new compound for ovarian cancer treatment was investigated and the specific mechanism was examined as well. First of all, the compound's inhibitory activity against the ovarian cancer viability was determined through the CCK-8 assay, and the toxicity of the new compound was also evaluated. In addition to this, the real time RT-PCR was further conducted and the estrogen receptor relative expression on ovarian cancer cells was measured.
