Abstract
Wprowadzenie elementów retoryki do systemowego nauczania w szkole podstawowej i ponadpodstawowej odpowiada na potrzeby kształcenia ucznia jako rozumnego i aktywnego uczestnika komunikacji międzyludzkiej. Przysparza jednak problemów wynikających z kwestii teoretycznych i rozwiązań praktycznych. Nauczyciele, korzystając z podręczników, napotykają trudności, związane z definiowaniem zjawisk, wyborem tematu mowy, z podaniem uczniowi wzoru wypowiedzi oraz ze specyfiką ewaluacji, a także wynikające z powiązania tematyki przemówienia z wątkiem czy bohaterem literackim. W artykule omówiono powyższe problemy, bazując na podręcznikach szkolnych, opublikowanych po wejściu w życie nowej podstawy programowej w 2017 roku.
