Abstract
In order for a teacher to provide them effectively, he must have developed classroom management skills. An effective teacher in classroom management; A teacher who is competent in regulating plan-program activities, who has control over variables in the classroom, is an appropriate guide in ensuring student-peer relationship. The fact that teachers have effective classroom management skills will support all areas of development of students and improve the quality of the learning environment in the classroom. Quality and a positive atmosphere in a classroom with students steer individual behavior and positive peer relationships, promote desirable behaviors, healthy relationship between teacher and student conduct by a teacher classroom management will be easier.
