Abstract

Bu calismada ogretmen yetistirme programinin degerlendirilmesi; egitime baslamadan once, egitim esnasinda ve egitim gerceklestikten sonra olmak uzere uc asamada ve 8 farkli boyutla ele alinmistir. Program degerlendirilirken, degerlendirme modellerinden Stake, Kirkpatrick ve Stufflebeam' in gelistirmis oldugu program degerlendirme modelleri kiyaslamali olarak incelenmis ve hangi boyutta hangi modelin kullanilabilecegi ortaya konmustur. Sozu gecen uc modelin de ogretmen yetistirme programinin farkli boyutlarinda kullanilabilecegi belirlenmistir. Ancak egitim fakultesinden mezun olanlarin uzun vadede basari durumunu gosteren boyut olarak ele alinan toplumsal yapiya katkiyi degerlendirmede ucunun de yetersiz kaldigi gorulmustur.
