Abstract

Rational design, synthesis, and structural determination of 3D covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with novel topologies remain a formidable challenge. In this issue of Chem, Zhang and co-workers develop an intriguing strategy for constructing highly crystalline and non-interpenetrated 3D porphyrinic COFs with scu topology and possessing some excellent photocatalytic efficiencies.
