Abstract

Globally, practices of M&E are the best tools to measure the success and performance of both private and public projects through involvement of key stakeholders with the process. Consequently, most of the organizations to make any success, they desire to make it wonderful that their initiatives succeed first because of practices used in control and contrast. the COVID-19 crisis has taught the various project managers that robust and credible monitoring and evaluation systems are vital to ensure development projects and programs improve the lives of people most in need. From the moment a development project or program takes off, it is essential to regularly monitor progress towards its goals, to allow for course correction if needed, and at completion to measure and evaluate successes and failures, so that lessons can be learned for future projects. This study focused on the new monitoring and evaluation strategies to be adopted in the implementation and success of various projects during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
