Abstract

Momentum conservation equations for the viscous fermi-liquid are derived from the kinetic Landau Vlasov equation with taking into account the retardation effects in the collision integral. Viscosity coefficients for the longitudinal and transversal zero sound in nuclear matter have been calculated. Results obtained in the semiclassical macroscopic nuclear model are compared with phenomenological values of the viscosity coefficients fitted to experimental data for the mean kinetic energies of fission fragments.
