In a small number of ectopic gestations, the fallopian tube is able to expand sufficiently to contain an enlarging fetus, and escaping the hazard of first-trimester rupture, pregnancy advances into the second and third trimesters.’ Although the literature contains several descriptions of retained products of conception following abdominal pregnancies, very little has been written about such retention in fallopian tube gestations. The following case report describes an example of a f’allopian tube pregnancy with retention of fetal bones.
