Abstract

Recent results [11] for the Cabibbo suppressed semileptonic decays D0 → π−e+v and D0 → π−μ+v (charge conjugates are implied) are reported by Fermilab photoproduction experiment E687. We find 45.4 ± 13.3 events in the electron mode and 45.6 ± 11.8 in the muon mode. In addition, a general technique for using our data to measure the pseudoscaler to pseudoscaler decay form factors of any theoretical model is presented.
