RESULTS OF MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY REGARDING SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE: PROJECT APPROACH

Abstract

The article is devoted to highlighting the results of monitoring the implementation of the strategy of the development of united territorial communities on the example of Bilokurakine territorial community through a project approach to social infrastructure. The article states that for the sake of successful implementation of the strategy of the development of united territorial communities, legislation needs monitoring. Methodological support for monitoring of the implementation of the strategy of OTG development is clearly defined by the current legislation of Ukraine, namely, the Methodology for the development, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of regional development strategies and action plans for their implementation. It has been established that most communities are concerned with improving transport and social infrastructure. As an example, a strategy for the development of Bilokurakine territorial community has been chosen. The strategic priorities and goals of the development of Bilokurakine OTG for 2020 are presented. In order to achieve them, a number of projects are implemented, among which the improvement of transport infrastructure is of fundamental importance through the overhaul of highways and sidewalks. The projects aimed at improving of social infrastructure of Bilokurakine territorial community are analyzed. It is established that sources of financing of social projects are the following: state fund of regional development, local (settlement), regional and state budgets, subventions, international technical assistance.Keywords: monitoring, project approach, united territorial community, social infrastructure, development strategy.
