Abstract

Objective: Because of the complex anatomy around the anterior clinoid process, microsurgery for paraclinoid aneurysms has been a great challenge for vascular neurosurgeons. We present our microsurgical experience of 39 consecutive patients with paraclinoid aneurysms to propose our personal strategies to avoid complications.
