Abstract

In presence of critical limb ischemia (CLI), the material of choice for peripheral revascularization is the greater saphenous vein (GSV) when its quality is satisfactory. In the absence of GSV, the use of a cryopreserved arterial allograft (CAA) is possible. We evaluated the results of CAA infra-inguinal bypasses in patients with CLI.
