Abstract
The article presents the immediate results of treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock. Outcomes were analyzed, predictors of unfavorable outcomes in the early hospital period were assessed. The discussion presents the modern criteria of cardiogenic shock in patients with myocardial infarction, prognostic scales, emphasis is placed on the controversial and poorly studied provisions of the recommendations and issues requiring further study.

В. Результаты рентгенэндоваскулярного лечения больных с острым инфарктом миокарда, осложненным кардиогенным шоком
Summary
РЕЗЮМЕ В статье представлены непосредственные результаты лечения пациентов с острым инфарктом миокарда, осложненным кардиогенным шоком. Проведенные исследования при КШ не ставили задачу сравнения эффективности разных методов реваскуляризации – ЧКВ или АКШ, поэтому этот вопрос остается открытым [8]. Как предыдущие европейские рекомендации по реваскуляризации (2014), так и новые рекомендации 2018 года при развитии КШ указывают на необходимость выполнения ЧКВ, если позволяет анатомия коронарной артерии (КА), только в противном случае рекомендуют АКШ; при этом обе рекомендации имеют класс I, уровень доказательности В [10, 11]. Заслуживают внимания результаты исследования CULPRIT-SHOCK, в котором пациентов с ИМ, многососудистым коронарным атеросклерозом и КШ рандомизировали в группу многососудистого стентирования (n = 341) и группу стентирования только инфаркт-ответственной КА (n = 344).
