Abstract

Specific heat, temperature and heat of phase transition in the temperature range −140° ÷ +70 °C for the row of inorganic fluorocontaining compounds, namely ClOF 2·BF 4; (ClOF 2)·NiF 6; XeF 5·BF 4; 2XeF 6·PbF 4; (XeF 5) 2·MnF 6; (NO 2) 2·NiF 6; 4XeF 6·PbF 4 were determined. The method was worked out on the standard samples, and also on the samples with XeF 2 with purity not less than 99.7 wt%. The temperature dependency of specific heat, the estimated value of entropy for the mentioned compounds are presented. The temperature and heat of phase transition for the following compounds are given below. ▪ The Raman spectra of these compounds were measured in the liquid state. For the rest compounds the phase transition in the mentioned temperature range wasn't found out.
