Abstract
Dwyer's osteotomy has withstood the test of time, especially in the correlation of hindfoot varus in residual talipes equino varus deformity. The original medial open wedge osteotomy however, has been frought with wound problems. We describe a new incision and have reviewed the results of this incision in 7 consecutive patients.
