Abstract

Results obtained using a two-dimensional laser Doppler system are compared with those from the conventional one-dimensional system. The results show good agreement, but attempts to measure simultaneously from two channels with the three-beam system were abandoned due to the small, but significant variations in the two tracker systems. An alternative superposition fringe mode procedure is discussed.
