Abstract

• Resting Full Cycle Ratio (RFR) and instantaneous wave-free ratio (iFR): simultaneous measurements for assessment of coronary stenosis • Recently, a number of resting indices of coronary artery severity have been shown to have excellent diagnostic agreement with iFR. • The resting full-cycle ratio (RFR) is such an index that is calculated as the absolute lowest Pd/Pa during the whole cardiac cycle. • This is the first case reported in the literature of simultaneous real-life RFR and iFR measurements. • Our findings agreed with RFR validation study showing excellent diagnostic agreement with iFR.
