Abstract
A special place in the personal and social system of values is occupied by responsibility, which determines the role of the individual in society, influencing social processes to a lesser or greater extent. A study of the formation of students' personal quality -responsibility was conducted, key indicators of integral personal characteristics were traced, differences (average value) were noted in freshmen and undergraduates, the relationship between correlating traits was determined using the Pearson correlation coefficient. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the survey results are formulated.
