Abstract
We have read the interesting comments on our case report by Dr. Ramesh Konanki et al. We agree that the “migratory” nature of clinical seizures and electrographic seizures is not specific to this entity. For this reason, to establish the migratory pattern is not enough. A diagnosis of migrating partial seizures in infancy should involve all the features of the syndrome described.
