Two-stage graft urethroplasty for proximal and complicated hypospadias in children: A retrospective study”Journal of Pediatric UrologyVol. 13Issue 2PreviewIt is clear that the results from proximal hypospadias repair are not as good as published in the past, and that better reporting is needed to help surgeons improve. Technical papers on this topic should describe means to straighten curvature, decision-making and key steps in urethroplasty, and outcomes, including complications. Given that some surgeons only extend the urethra to the corona in these patients, the goal of the operation must also be stated. Full-Text PDF
