Abstract

• Past research suggests Response Inhibition Training is effective in reducing impulsive behaviour. • This study examined if RIT could effectively reduce acquisition in Hoarding. • 8 participants were involved in a single case experimental design. • No significant difference was seen on measures of hoarding following RIT. • Participants reported an increased awareness of acquisition and saving post- RIT.
