Abstract
We appreciate the insightful comments from Dr Vrints regarding our Clinician Update on coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA)1 and our meta-analysis2 of CTA versus functional testing for the evaluation of stable chest pain. We agree that there is a paucity of data on how to select the best initial test for evaluating patients with suspected coronary heart disease.
