Abstract


 By donating money to a charity fund account or tabarru fund, which can be used or made available if one group of people faces certain dangers in life, Islamic insurance is an attempt to help and protect each other among human beings. It is comparable to illness, accident, disability, or death. Human group agreements are formalized in a contract that follows sharia law. Response is someone's acceptance or rejection of the message he receives. According to this definition, a person's tendency to focus their attention on anything other than themselves when presented with an attractive stimulus is referred to as a reaction. The word "response" can also mean "reaction," "answer," or "response." The purpose of this study was to determine the response of the people of Binjai City to sharia insurance products at Prudential Assurance Binjai. Qualitative techniques and descriptive strategies are used in this research. Prudential Syariah Binjai Company is where this research was conducted. The response caused by the existence of a subject that attracts the attention of the communicant, can be concluded from the results of the study. When the writer conducted the interview, there were acts of rejection and acceptance when talking about sharia insurance products. The effect of this reaction can take one of two forms, namely joy or displeasure.
