Abstract
Infants are dominated among patients with respiratory syncytial viral infection (RSVI). In patients with RSVI characteristic are lesions of the lower respiratory tract and development of bronchial obstruction. Laboratory indicators of intoxication (the level of CRP, Leukocyte index of intoxication (LII), hematologic indicator of intoxication (GPI), metabolic disorders and decreased oxygen saturation below 93% are indicators of the severity of the disease, which can predict the development of a more severe course of RSVI and its complications.

Однако лабораторный контроль за выявлением Респираторно-синцитиальная вирусная инфекция (РСВИ) не проводится повсеместно и в России мониторинг заболеваемости РСВИ, в отличие от гриппа, ведется эпизодически [2, 4]
Summary
В ходе работы проводили оценку клинического течения РСВИ у 100 больных в возрасте от 1 месяца до 15 лет, госпитализированных в ГУЗ «5 детская инфекционная клиническая больница» г. Мальчики составили 63%, девочки — 37% больных. В возрастной структуре больных РСВИ преобладали дети раннего возраста —54 (54%), из них дети в возрасте до 1 года составили 17 (31,5%) больных, дети в возрасте от 1 года до 3 лет — 37 (68,5%). С-реактивный белок (СРБ) количествненным методом, гематологические показатели интоксикации: лейкоцитарный индекс интоксикации (ЛИИ), рассчитанный по формуле Я.Я. Исследования показателей гемограммы, СРБ, ЛИИ, ГПИ проводили в динамике — на первые и на 5—6 сутки стационарного лечения. Статистическую обработку полученных результатов проводили на персональном компьютере при использовании пакета электронных таблиц Microsoft Excel 7.0 и графического редактора Microsoft Graf 5.0
