Abstract
睡眠呼吸疾病与呼吸肌功能密切相关。一些疾病如神经肌肉疾病累及呼吸肌或手术损伤膈神经造成膈肌麻痹，可导致呼吸肌功能降低，诱发或者加重睡眠呼吸疾病。呼吸肌受损的临床症状和体征缺乏特异性，其确诊有赖于呼吸肌功能检测。呼吸功能检查尚可帮助鉴别不同类型的睡眠呼吸暂停，合理设置持续气道正压治疗时的压力，评价上气道阻力和呼吸中枢驱动的变化。在睡眠呼吸疾病诊治及研究中应进一步强调呼吸肌功能检测的价值。.
