Abstract

AbstractModern resource-saving building structures used in individual housing and construction of transport infrastructure facilities are designed to meet the social needs of the transport industry, which determines the key priorities of the transport infrastructure facilities construction: efficiency, reliability, and rapid construction. A key aspect of improving the efficiency of individual housing and of the transport infrastructure facilities construction in the presented aspects and sustainable development of the industry are innovative construction products and technologies that reduce the negative impact of the following production factors in construction: stereotyped technical solutions, leading to a significant waste of construction resources in relation to their minimum allowable amount; high transport costs for the delivery of building structures to the construction site; high costs of preventing and eliminating manufacturing defects of building products; a large number of highly skilled manual labor, while respecting the normative quality of construction products. The most effective reduction of the severity of the problems mentioned is the rational design of the elements of individual living buildings and the design of the technology of their construction. The cost of building wall structures is often quite high. This reduces all other advantages of innovative constructive solutions for the wall structures of buildings. In this article there was analyzed a construction technology market, which are the most demanded in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. Also there is presented comprehensive comparison of frame and frameless structures of walls, done by the most common technologies with offered innovative technology of wall erection using the plastic-pipe concrete wall panels of full factory readiness.KeywordsIndividual housing constructionConstruction of transport infrastructure facilitiesWall
