Abstract

Routing process should be more reliable in Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET) for effective communication between nodes. It can be carried out either single or multiple hops on basis of the transmission distance that exist between the source nodes and sink hub. Nodes are mobile in MANET system and hence the connectivity between the nodes may change continuously. Therefore Resourceful and Reliable Routing Selection (R3S) process is done by estimating node connectivity factor, relay hop-count measure, bandwidth aspect measure between relay hubs. Node connectivity factor is calculated by taking the metrics like distance exist between them and node travelling speed since routing should be done with good node bond quality. To reduce number of hop counts and loss rates of packets in the network, an efficient routing path must be selected from source to sink. From the simulation results, it is proved to be that the proposed scheme has better packet delivery rates, system delay and high balance energy level of nodes.
