Abstract

On etudie la variation de la diffusion de Raman resonante en fonction de la taille de microcristaux de ZnTe. Quand la taille diminue, l'intensite relative de la raie 2LO diminue, tandis que celle de la raie 1LO augmente. Un traitement semi-quantitatif des intensites permet d'obtenir la variation de l'energie des excitons en fonction de la taille
