Abstract

We report experimental results on resonant electronic Ramanscattering in superconducting single crystalsof Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x. The change of excitationwavelength results in a shift of the position for thesuperconductivity-induced 2Δ peak in A1g andB1g symmetries. In addition, in the red-light excitation anew Raman peak arises at approximately 130 K in the B1gspectra. Various explanations of these effects are discussed.
