AbstractOur description and creation of space is nested tightly with our body from which we cannot escape. Our sense of space is dependent on much more than our vision. Architect, writer, editor and lecturer Sarah Robinson explains this particularly in relation to hearing, sound and music. This relationship is symbiotic – we tune our instruments and their harmonics tune us.
