Abstract
Two He- resonances have been observed near 60 eV in the total cross sections for the formation of metastable neutral helium. Comparison of measured resonance energies with values obtained by other methods shows that they result from the perturbation by the (2s22p)2P and (2s2p2)2D negative ion states.
