Abstract
We present the results of an energy-dependent and set of energy-independent partial-wave analyses of pion-photoproduction data. The analyses extend from threshold to 1.8 GeV in the laboratory photon energy. Resonance photodecay amplitudes are extracted for the 16 baryon resonances found within this energy range. Comparisons are made with previous determinations and quark model predictions. For the stronger resonances, we find results in good agreement with the earlier determinations of Crawford and Morton.
