Abstract
We have studied the interaction of alternating magnetic fields with granular high temperature superconductors (HTSC) with a magnetization distribution in the HTSC volume. The expressions for resonance frequencies of a permanent magnet levitated above a HTSC sample were found for five oscillation modes. An original method for determination of the superconducting grains’ volume fraction is proposed.
