Abstract
Summary A general method is given for the construction of resolvable paired-comparison designs for v treatments using the initial block of a cyclic incomplete block design for 12v treatments. The efficiency factor of the resulting design is shown to be a function of the efficiency factor of the cyclic design. Comparisons are made between the new designs and existing cyclic paired-comparison designs.
