Abstract
The problem “given A in V ( n ), B in V ( m ) and B ′ in V ( m ) find all A ′ in V ( n ) such that A ′ · ( A × B ) = B ′”, where · denotes max-min composition, x denotes Cartesian product and V ( n ) denotes the set of all fuzzy vectors with n members, is investigated. The condition for the existence of a solution is shown and an analytical solution is given.
