Abstract
The paper presents a realization of mixed-mode quadrature sinusoidal oscillator variants of current differencing transconductance amplifier. The proposed circuit is created using one modified current differencing transconductance amplifier (MCDTA), one current follower transconductance amplifier (CFTA) and two grounded capacitors. The circuit is resistor-less and the tuning laws for the condition of oscillation (CO) and the frequency of oscillation (FO) are independent. The circuit also provides two quadrature voltage outputs and two explicit quadrature current outputs. PSPICE simulation results have been included to verify the theoretical results.
