Abstract

The memristive technology is under research and became one of the most promising candidate due to its nonvolatile, high integration and scaling capability, etc. the memristive devices are developed mostly as memory. Another motivating application of memristive devices was logic circuit. In combination of memory and logic in a single device, use it in in-logic-memory applications. Different logic design styles proposed for memristor crossbar architectures. In logic-in-memory applications, the material implication was proposed as a basic logic unit. In this paper describes the Bipolar Resistive Switch (BRS) and Complementary Resistive Switch (CRS) functionalities in crossbar architectures as well as standalone cell by using switching peripheral circuits like MOSFET, decoder, gating switch or other with nonvolatile functionality in minimal sequential steps.
