Abstract

Using a simple model for single vortex motion, we calculate the field and temperature dependence of the flux liquid state resistivity, incorporating both the pinning and viscous drag forces. The calculated ϱ-H curves differ from the Bardeen-Stephen model. Our calculation results show that the resistivity in the whole transition region can be understood within the framework of flux motion. A continuous crossover from the thermally assisted flux flow dominated region to the flux flow dominated region is found.
