Abstract

Due to potential cyber-attacks in smart grid, it is a great challenge to design resilient algorithm to tackled with economic dispatch(ED) problem which has important theoretical and practical values. This paper proposes a defense strategy to address the cyber attacks. The proposed defense strategy using trusted nodes will not be affected by attackers, and constitutes a connection dominating set in the distributed generator network to prevent attackers from invading the entire power system. Then, a resilient distributed economic dispatch method is introduced to tackled with the ED problem under cyber attacks. The simulation results show that the local states of normal nodes and trusted nodes converge to the optimal value, and the output power of each power generation unit can converge well.
